Grounded Solutions Consulting was created to help organizations turn complex work into clear plans, useful tools, and systems their teams can actually maintain. Led by Destiny Martin, GSC brings hands-on experience in strategic planning, program development, operations, reporting, team coordination, and digital system design.
Rather than delivering generic recommendations, GSC works alongside clients to create solutions that reflect their people, capacity, priorities, and responsibilities. The focus is on leaving behind something useful, understandable, and ready to put into action.
